WHY HASN’T THE Belvidere School District’s superintendent CANCELLED SCHOOL KNOWING FULLY WELL WE ARE UNDER A SEVERE WINTER SNOW WARNING? Wind chills -17 thru -20 F throughout the day and wind chills >-45 through -55 F. Is the superintendent of school stupid?- Concerned Grandparent!
