Schools in Mahoning Valley closing Wednesday due to high temperatures
With another day of hot temperatures on the horizon, a number of schools in the Mahoning Valley are closing because of the heat.
Holy Family School in Poland, St. Joseph the Provider School, and St. Nicholas School are all closed.
In Austintown, only the intermediate building (AIS) containing 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades is closed as due to an air conditioning issue.
All other Austintown school buildings will remain open.
