School is back in session, and on the first day, the rain had other plans. Many schools across Arkansas were either closed or delayed this morning due to the wet weather, and it’s not clear when kids will be able to make it into school again. First, there was a lot of fog across the state, so many school districts decided to delay their first bell by about an hour to give students and staff more time to arrive.
